Then you email me with your Ticket Number, The LOT(s) you are interested in, Your opening Bid (in Round £’s) and also the Maximum £ you are willing to go up to. On the event night a floorwalker will have a record of all Proxy Bids registered and will keep an eye on all the LOTS ensuring you are always out-bidding the lead bid by £1 until either You win the LOT or your maximum bid is overbid. If you wish to be sent a picture or more details of any items before bidding then just email me and let me know. HOW TO BID ON THE NIGHT All LOTS are spread across 2 rooms. Beside each LOT is a notepad displaying the associated LOT No. and a Pen. If you wish to place a Bid you simply put down your Ticket Number and the amount you wish to bid (Round £’s). If someone has already bid on the item then your bid must be higher than the highest bid listed on the notepad. Some valuable items will be displayed as photographs/prints. If you wish to see the real item please ask one of the uniformed Enforcement Officers who will gladly take you to see it. Remember – This is not like EBay, when all bids shut at the end of the night. ANY LOT can be pulled by the officiator at any time throughout the night – usually about 20 LOTS are pulled at a time – SO BID EARLY and don’t miss out on the item(s) you want. Once the LOT is pulled – whoever is leading at that time Wins the LOT. An announcer will read out the Winning Ticket Number and Winning Bid Amount. Once all your LOTs have been pulled you can go to the Front Desk and show them your ticket number. They will confirm how much you need to pay in total and direct you to the Pay Desks. Once you have paid – please return to the Bar and show your Receipted Ticket to a someone wearing a ‘RUNNER’ Badge. They will go and collect your Winning Lots and bring them back to the Bar. Please wait in the Bar Area for them to come back with your items. Under NO Circumstances must you collect items yourself. Have Fun and Good Luck
