Worldwide Leader
Multivalves are the core business of our company. Homologated
in accordance with the European Regulation ECE 67R-01, our
multivalves are equipped with all the safety devices: pressure
relief valve (PRV), thermo-fuse (PRD), solenoid valve, 80% filling
limit, excess flow valve, non-return valve.

company reached the worldwide leadership in terms of
quantity, types of versions and capacity, testified by the
presence of our products in more than 30 Countries.

Tomasetto Achille Spa also designs and manufactures
pressure reducers for LPG complete systems, calibrated
for different engines and suitable for different climatic
conditions. Our range of reducers includes electronic models
for traditional systems and models for sequential injection
systems and, upon request, can be supplied with personalized
trademarks.
In 2010, after an exacting project which involved the
resources of our company for almost two years, the
launching of our new CNG products has represented a
further challenge for the future of our company and the
completion of our range.
CNG valves are the new challenge of Tomasetto Achille
Spa, developed to enlarge our range of components with
the spirit to supply always the best ratio between quality
and price. Our CNG cylinder valves are manufactured
with high standards of quality and equipped with all
safety devices. Tomasetto CNG cylinder valves are
available in different models, in several configurations
and, upon request, in personalized versions as well.

This new approach leaded the company to create
a Joint Venture in India, establishing a subsidiary
in Mumbai, with the aim to serve the customers
and their requests in the most efficient way.
International Partners
The remarkable internationalization of our business,
together with the growing importance of the Asian
markets, pushed the company to seek different
strategies to approach the customers and satisfy
their needs by establishing new joint ventures with
local partners
Argentina
Moreover, with the target to design, manufacture
and distribute its CNG range in Argentina and
in the markets of South America, in 2010,
Tomasetto Achille Spa decided to establish a
new joint venture in Buenos Aires.
Designing
All the company products are completely designed in our technical
department, with our 2D & 3D CAD, FEM and CFD softwares. Our tooling
and assembling processes are also completely designed, developed and
implemented internally.
Research and Development
Machining
Our in-house Machining Dept. enables our company to be
flexible and fast in replying to the customer requirements. Our
Machining Dept. can perform the automatic machining of the
multivalve bodies on 3 transfer machines served by robots and
two multiple automatic CNC machines. CNC lathes for turned
components and CNC machines for specific components (pipes,
rods) are also available.
We can also perform the automatic machining of our pressure
reducer bodies on our transfers and the new CNC machines.
Our complete assembly lines for multivalves,
designed and developed by our Technical Dept., are
equipped with an automatic screwing and calibration
Tooling Central Station, for the complete tightness
test of the multivalve, the calibration of the pressure
relief valve and other functional tests (100% tested).
Other automatic machineries for assembling and
testing of multivalve components and accessories of
filling valves enable our Production Dept. to adapt the
capacity to the requests coming from the markets.
Assembling
Our Technical department designed and developed
also the complete assembling lines for reducers,
which are equipped with two automatic screwing and
calibration Tooling Central Stations, for the complete
leakage and functional tests (100% tested).
100% Quality
Tomasetto Achille Spa obtained the ISO 9002:1994 Certification
in the 2000 by TÜV Italia; the ISO 9001:2000 Certification in the
2003 by TÜV Italia and in the 2006 by Det Norske Veritas.
The company has also a biennial conformity of production
(COP) certification, according to the regulations 67R-01 and
110R-00 by TÜV SÜD Czech s.r.o.
Our subsidiary in India obtained the ISO 9001:2008 Certification
in 2008 by Nimbus and is authorized to the partial assembly of
the multi-functional valves by the CCoE.
