What is Camp Ayla?
Camp Ayla is a bilingual season camp that is offered during spring, summer and winter.
The program is in dual-language (Japanese and English).
It also offers a fun and safe environment where kids can build self-confidence,
make friends and learn something new in an enjoyable manner.
Kids at Camp Ayla are able to focus on either one particular area of their interest,
or they can choose to have a variety of activities to enjoy during their camp stay.
The options are flexible and most of our programs are suitable to accommodate
your kid’s needs. Our program includes arts, cooking and dance camps, sports
and academic activities. Our camps provide all the traditional and recreational
activities that have become a distinguished aspect of camps.
At Camp Ayla, we work to nurture the development of all our kids as we assist them
in building strong relationships, strengthening their self-worth, and challenge themselves
to new skills. It is our goal that they approach the future with more courage and confidence
due to the experiences that they have at camp.

Our program is a mixed-age group program,
but we do separate children during activities and learning time,
in two age groups (2-4 year-olds, 5-9 year-olds).

Japanese lunch box costs 450 yen served at 12:00
Snacks cost 100 yen served at 15:00

Our commonly used form of discipline for children is called “thinking time.”
It is a cooling off period. We usually discuss what happened and what can be done instead.
