We offer many of our most popular treatments in a
Discounted Series Package (6 treatments). They are
valid for 12 months from date of purchase and offer a
significant savings on your favorite spa treatments.
Series packages are non-refundable.
Balance Spa Gift Cards are available both in spa and
on-line. They are redeemable for all Balance Spa products
and services. The on-line Instant Gift Certificates may be
printed or emailed instantly. Gift cards are non-refundable
and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
We require at least 24 hours to cancel any appointment. A valid credit card is needed to secure multiple
service appointments. Should you fail to cancel within 24
hours or otherwise “no show”, we will charge the full
appointment(s) fee to the credit card on file, and you may
be asked to prepay for future appointments.
We are an adult environment of relaxation and tranquility. Children are not permitted in the treatment rooms
unless they are receiving a service, nor can they be left
unattended in the lobby.
Guests with medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors before booking any spa services. Please
be sure to inform your technician of any existing medical
conditions prior to your service.
Balance Spa reserves the right to modify, discontinue or
raise prices on certain treatments without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service
