It is expected that if you signed your child up for a program that you are committing to regular attendance (no more than 2 absences). 2. Students MUST be dropped off and picked up from programs at the times listed. Otherwise, students with late drop offs (before-‐school) or late pick-‐ups (after-‐school) will be removed from programs and a student from the waiting list will be enrolled in their place. 3. There is no child care available at Barnard for siblings of students enrolled in other programs. Students whose younger siblings are left in the building unsupervised while waiting for a sibling to attend another program will need to be picked up immediately. If pick up is not available, the student enrolled in the program will be removed. If your family needs information about alternative after school care for siblings not enrolled in programs, please contact the office. 4. Students are expected to engage in Respectful, Responsible and Safe behavior. Any behaviors that create an unsafe or unproductive learning environment for other students may result in dismissal from the program. Registration Process: 1. 3. Sign, date and return the form to the Barnard School Office by June 17 . You will receive an enrollment confirmation by email and phone. PLEASE NOTE: Registration is not a guarantee of enrollment. If class is filled prior to receiving your child’s enrollment form, your child may not be accepted. Please make sure you receive confirmation prior to your applied for club.
