Ordering Information
Variations or Special Sizes: Any variations in sizes from
Sunbrite's catalog will be subject to a 25% upcharge on
the catalog prices, not discounted prices. Width of a
cushion over 23" requires twice the amount of fabric,
therefore a 50% upcharge is necessary. There can be no
alteration of cushion thickness from a catalog item. When
altering cushion size, please include width x overall length
(seat/back). Special size cush-ions lead time will vary.
Ties: Fabric ties are on all styles where applicable. Any
variation will require a 10% upcharge.
Buttons: The customer must specify buttons if desired. An
upcharge of 10% will apply on plastic buttons available in
white, putty, vanilla, and grey. Fabric buttons available
with an upcharge of $.25 per button.
Cushion Dimensions: Due to hand building operations,
cushion sizes may vary slightly from catalog sizes. The
sizes indicated are measured from corner to corner.
New Fabric Samples: New fabric samples are available
for $50.00 - refundable after order exceeds a minimum of
$1,000.00.
Custom Cushions and Slings: Custom cushions and
slings are priced and made from customer's original
sample or customer's template. The customer is
responsible for shipping sample cushions with packing slip
and instructions for Sunbrite by pre-paid freight. Each
sample cushion must be tagged with the customer's
information, quantity needed, and fabric number. Send
samples with approved orders only, please. Sunbrite. is not
responsible for returning old sample cushions - they have to
be used for patterns.
Return & Cancellation Policy: Returns must be authorized
by Sunbrite. and must be accompanied by an invoice
showing the date of purchase. No cancellation of orders will
be honored after the fabric has been cut.
Terms: All accounts are payable net 30 days unless other
terms have been approved prior to shipment. Delinquent
accounts will be subject to a monthly finance charge of
1.5%.
Shipping: F.O.B. Orlando, Florida. Sunbrite. will choose
best way: commercial carrier, Sunbrite. truck, or UPS,
unless specially requested and agreed upon with Sunbrite.
Freight Claims: Cushions and umbrellas are inspected and
received by the freight carrier in new condition. It is the
responsibility of the buyer to inspect the merchandise upon
arrival and file a damage claim with the carrier. Do not
accept the order if damage is evident. UPS damage claims
should be filed by the customer receiving the order.
Fabric Maintenance
Sunbrite warrants to the original retail purchaser the fabric covering and seams to be free from manufacturing
defects for a period of one year from the original purchase date. This warranty is limited to exclude color retention
and soilage associated with usage. To keep your fabric looking like new for many years to come we recommend
the simple maintenance instructions listed below.
Vinyl Coated Polyesters: (Open Weave, Jacquard
&Arlyn) "Textilene" type fabrics have been standard in
the industry for years. They are some of the most
durable fabrics available. Clean with 3 parts water, 1
part bleach, and 1 capful of mild soap or detergent.
Olefins: Solid & Striped Olefin Only
Olefin fabrics are woven with 100% solution dyed olefin
yarn. They are very durable and naturally resistant to
mildew and stains. Olefin fabric can be cleaned with a
solution of warm water and a mild detergent. For
stubborn stains, diluted bleach can be used without
affecting the fabric color. Rinse thoroughly with clean
water and air dry.
Printed Fabrics: Printed fabrics are appropriate for
either indoor or outdoor use. Constructed of 100%
polyester yarns, these fabrics are easily cleaned with a
mild detergent and water. Do not subject fabric to water
temperature in excess of 100 degrees.
DO NOT USE BLEACH or harsh cleaners. These fabrics
are not warranted against fading.
Acrylic: Solid & Striped Acrylic Only Acrylic fabrics are
appropriate for either indoor or outdoor use. Solution
dyed acrylic features a soil and stain resistant finish that
can be cleaned with a soapy solution of natural soap in
lukewarm water. Solution dyed acrylic does not promote
mildew growth. However, mildew may grow on dirt and
other foreign substances that are allowed to stand on
fabric. For mildew stains, prepare a mild solution of 1 cup
of bleach, plus two capfuls of a natural soap per gallon of
water. Sponge thoroughly with clean water and air dry.
