Sir,
The undersigned is directed to refer to your letter dated 23.05.2015
regarding organization of Central Awareness Workshop of the BGREI programme at
CRRI, Cuttack and requesting Joint Secretary (Crops) for suitable date between 15th
to 20 th June, 2015 for his presence in the said workshop.
In this context, it is state that Joint Secretary (Crops) has suggested to
organize Workshop tentatively on 11 th June, 2015. If this date is convenient, you
may kindly confIrm so that it could be apprised to him.
