BHD Oilfield Services as a leading innovator recognizes the ever changing
nature of the Queensland CSG industry. We recognize the challenges of
operators and service companies alike for cost effective management of
consumables relating to the industry. We also appreciate the requirement
for accurate internal and external reporting for compliance with policies
and procedures. We understand the financial implications that
management of consumable expenses can heavily impact on a leading
industry business.
LIQUID WASTE HANDLING
BHD Oilfield Services has a fleet of Vacuum Tankers to collect and safely
transport various forms of liquid waste for our clients. We have extensive
experience in liquid waste handling, including various industry support
packages rig support, frac support, bulk water haulage.

BHD’s liquid transport services include effluent removal from camp sites,
drilling fluids, production water, storm water collection, bulk water
handling (including dust suppression) and distribution of various liquid
forms for recycling to minimize our client’s environmental impacts and
carbon footprint.
VACUUM TANKER FLEET
BHD Oilfield Services’ vacuum tanker fleet ranges from full hydraulic rear
opening door and tipping chassis trailers to ridged-mounted sealed rear
tankers.
Our vacuum tankers are equipped to transport production water, drilling
fluids, drilling muds, frac fluids, RO treated water, raw and treated
effluent. All tankers comply with the Environmental Protection Act when
transporting fluids, and on-board weight gauges enable the driver to load
in accordance with the legal road requirements.
Sizes range from 400 cfm to 1120 cfm and all tankers are able to vacuum
load and volume discharge. The tankers are custom-built to allow for
maximum product cartage from 20,000 to 23,000 litres pending the
density of the fluid being carried. This gives BHD the leading edge on our
competitors in the current market. BHD can supply the tankers in all
combinations from 1x semi-trailer combination, B-Double combinations to
3x semi-trailer road train combinations. Our vacuum hoses are certified,
pressurized and interlocked above industry standards.

RIG MOVING FLEET
BHD Oilfield Services’ rig moving fleet

Our road registered and off road bed
trucks are fully maintained by our inhouse maintenance team with all
required lifting equipment fully
certified ready to work. Our bed
trucks are also equipped with industry
leading blue steel fiber ropes and
slings exceeding all capabilities of old
industry steel ropes and slings,
eliminating broken wirers at the point of a hand/finger injury occurrence.
We have a fleet of flat top trailers, rig specific to eliminate damage whilst loading with bed trucks,
heavy low loaders for the transport of rig carriers and excess weight/dimension equipment, drop deck
trailers with ramps for the relocation of CAT loaders etc.

BHD is extremely proud of its prime mover fleet and you can feel confident in knowing that each
prime mover is of good operating condition and enhanced with the following features:

FIELD MANAGEMENT
BHD Oilfield Services can deliver prompt and reliable service across all sections for the management
of Rig Support. This would include a first point of contact to our Field Supervisors who can coordinate
all logistical movements of the Vacuum Fleet, as requested from field based supervisors or Logistic
Coordinators. Our aim would be to ensure that each field is supplied with adequate materials and
services on time. Our personnel are not only highly competent to manage logistical movements and
field services, but we have first-hand experience with the details of the field operation of the CSG
and Drilling Industry experience.
TOTAL WASTE SOLUTION
As part of the new and vastly growing section, BHD can supply you services for a total waste
management solution. These services includes general waste removal and disposal, recyclable waste
removal, waste bin rentals, waste oil removal and disposal. BHD can provide these services with a
front lift compact truck, and a crane truck service for waste oil removal in bunded steel meter cubed
pods. These services can also be provided as our “solutions skid” enabling all hard waste streams to
be transported in on truck movement transported with our swing lift loader. BHD can also supply the
services for grey water and effluent waste removal with dedicated Vacuum Tanker combinations.
POTABLE WATER SERVICES
Another quality service from BHD is our potable water division delivering potable water to all field
locations and site offices. The water supplied is quality checked by the local councils and BHD’s inhouse health advisor to ensure that the delivered water meets and exceeds the national drinking
water guide lines and also complies with BHD’s food license and Potable Water Management Quality
Assurance System. BHD is the only carrying company who has development and implemented this
assurance system.

SAFETY
BHD Oilfield Services has 24/7 Safety Managers available. Our Safety Managers are experienced
personnel who have a hands on approach by assuring our services are provided in a safe and lawful
manner, for all associated. Our Safety department can ensure our personnel are correctly trained and
competent in their duties and that all materials are correctly handled in accordance with the relevant
SDS. BHD Oilfield Services Safety can provide detailed reporting on a incidents, hazards, and KPI
measurements and management.
ENVIRONMENT
BHD Oilfield Services has been in consultation with our independent Health and Environmental Advisor
for the past 18 months. By using an independent third party for auditing processes, it permits assured
compliance within the HSE sections, in accordance with governing laws, standards and guidelines.
BHD Oilfield Services holds an EPA Licence Permit – ERA Code 57.
EQUIPMENT
Here at BHD Oilfield Services, we promote ourselves with reliable and efficient equipment. To adhere
to our confidence in our equipment, our company is accredited with the National Heavy Vehicle
Accreditation Scheme (NHVAS) – Maintenance Management. Our experienced personnel abide by
compliance standards and have produced well maintained and dependable equipment. With
innovative designs and engineering, our internal personnel have created customized equipment to
best suit our client needs. This promotes BHD Oilfield Services to be a known innovator in supplying
diverse services to the Oil and Gas Industry.
NHVAS
BHD Oilfield Services is accredited for Maintenance Management under the National Heavy Vehicle
Accreditation Scheme (NHVAS) which is governed by the Heavy Vehicle National Law. Being accredited
for Maintenance Management allows BHD as heavy vehicle operators to take responsibility for
maintaining our vehicles. Having a developed maintenance system ensures the mechanical condition
of our vehicles is safe and can operate within the community and on public roads with a significantly
decreased amount of risk. The accreditation improves productivity and efficiency which enables BHD
to provide more services in a timely manner. BHD has reduced the impact of enforcement and has a
positive relationship with enforcement agencies that govern our public roads.
