Camp to act for me/us according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention and herby waiver
and release the camp and the individual directors, and workers of all liability for any illness or injuries incurred by the
above named participant while at the camp. I/we know and accept the risks related to camp activities. I/we understand
that any medical expenses resulting from participation in the camp are our responsibility. The parent/guardian agrees
and consents to the posting of photographs or visual reproductions of the student in connection with regular and
extracurricular activities on the district website. The undersigned also understands that the use of any image is
temporary and will not be stored by BCS in any permanent archive (digital or otherwise).
