Welcome to our Brand new 2013 collection of leather kits. Our range is specially
created so everything you see in the following pages can be hand sewn at home or
supplied ready made to use straight away....the choice is yours.

If you enjoy sewing you’ll love our kits - just imagine making
your own leather satchel,shoes and sandals.
All our bags, shoes and accessories can be supplied ready made to use
straight away. If foot comfort is what you’re looking for - look no further.
Our system is unique and the full instructions will guide you
through the easy stages to completing your project. The holes
are all pre-punched in the leather and we supply a ball point
needle and special waxed thread. If you can manage running
stitch and back stitch - you can make up our kits.
All our footwear uses flexible, shock absorbing polyurethane soles.
These help guard against step shock and inside you’ll find our wonderful
padded insoles from heel to toe to cushion every step. The leathers we
use are soft and supple and we don’t use hard heel or toe stiffeners, so
there’s nothing to dig into your feet.
You can be as creative as you like and decorate the flat
leather pieces in a variety of ways before making up the kit.
You’ll amaze your friends and family with your new hobby.
We ask for foot drawings and girth measurements for your first order,
(see order section for details of how to do this) and we use these to mix
and match the pattern pieces for the uppers to get as near as we can to
your foot requirements. These uppers are then lovingly hand stitched to
our standard size sole units. We can even supply odd sized left and right
pairs or single shoes. Certain styles can be made without the use of any
adhesives at all for allergy sufferers. Add a matching bag to complete
your outfit.
The hard part will be deciding what to choose to make first a bag, sandals or shoes, and which of our lovely colours to

Craft time....
Our leather kits are so easy to sew by hand. If you can thread a
needle and manage running stitch, by following our instructions
you’ll soon be making your own bag, accessories, sandals or
shoes. Everything you need is included in your kit - ball point
needle, waxed thread and instructions.
Every kit is handmade and special. We
use our skill at cutting out and preparing
the leather pieces, whilst you use your
skill at choosing the colour combinations
and really neat sewing.
Together we’ll create
wonderful bags you can be
really proud of.
You could raise money for your favourite charity or neighbourhood project by making up our kits and selling at local

Our instructions are very detailed but we’re always on hand to
help. We all make our own kits - so know exactly whats involved.
If you do happen to make a mistake, simply unpick that bit and
start again - no harm will have been done.
All our leather items are available in kit form so you can mix and
match to create your own individual style. We use different leathers for different styles to get the best result eg firm smooth for the
satchel and soft relax for shoes and ‘squashy’ bags.

Leather kits
Soles
Monet Bag
Our Monet bag is especially good if you want to add your
own personal touch and customise your kit. The plain front
flap has no fastening and can be trimmed with scissors
to a shape you prefer. You can then let your imagination
run riot and decorate the bag however you choose,
while it’s flat, before you sew it up.

We’ve given you some examples such as fitting
studs, or rivets. You may prefer to applique some
flowers, attaching them by cross stitch, or buttons.
Using a hole punch you could create a pattern
around the edge and then weave thonging through.

Cobalt Simple Way shoes fit normal to wide feet. We do not recommend them for
very narrow, swollen or exceptionally wide feet (e.g. wider than womens EE
or mens G).
Lipstick
Due to the unique construction and in common with most footwear they are
not guaranteed waterproof.
Colours are as accurate as the printing process will allow.
Jade Leather is a natural material and is subject to variation of colour and texture.
