Thankyou for your 2015 Bikeweek event. 2015 Bikeweek WA had over 70 bike events for all kinds of bikes and riders of all abilities. It was a party, a week long celebration for all things biking. It has pedal powered movies, bicycle tours, workshops and bike to work breakfasts. Plus many more exciting activities. We are pleased with the results of the 2015 Bikeweek. We had more events than last year, a great social media presence and the bike riding message was in the newspaper everyday. Now we have to get onto the final stages of the party: • • • Bikeley awards- keep promoting to your participants Event organizer surveys – online now Bikeweek Event Evaluation Report and Financial acquittal- below This letter outlines the process and is to be read in conjunction with your Grant agreement. Bikeweek Event Evaluation Reports, along with feedback from Bikeweek participant and organiser surveys will be used to determine the Bikeley Award winners for 2015. We have adopted a formatted “ Event Evaluation report” as attached. If you have already submitted your report please ignore the document and we will accept your current submission.
