EEZI-CLAMP
A great idea just got better!
Ginde composite pipes consist of an aluminium core
and inner and outer plastic layers, which are securely
bonded to the core with a special adhesive. All the
layers are extruded in one step, which ensures an
extremely strong connection. The Pipe System includes
a wide variety of nickel plated brass fittings with a
double o-ring system. The pipes are easy to install,
inexpensive, lightweight, bendable and toxin-free.
In short, Ginde pipes have all the advantages of both
metal and plastic pipes, but none of their
disadvantages.
With the introduction of the internationally patented
EEZI-CLAMP, installing Ginde Composite Pipes has
become simpler and more economical, since it
eliminates the need for crimping tools.
It is almost inconceivable that such a sophisticated
and innovative product is so easy to work with - but it
is - and in just three easy steps...

PROFESSIONALS
STEP ONE: CUT
Cut pipe to required length.
Ginde Pipe is available in 16 and
25 mm sizes and is supplied in
rolls which are marked and can
easily be trimmed to size.
STEP TWO: REAM
Ream the pipe by cutting
chamfers. This ensures a snug
fit. Check the o-rings on the
fitting before attaching.
STEP THREE: CLAMP
Push fitting into pipe until it
stops in the white collar. Fit the
EEZI-CLAMP over the pipe,
firmly against white collar.
Tighten with allen key until
screw-ends meet.
• SABS tested and approved
• EEZI-CLAMP is manufactured of Stainless Steel.
• Reaming the pipe cuts a chamfer on the in- and
outside of the pipe wall and cuts the front face
straight. This ensures that the o-rings on the fitting
stay in position and are not damaged when the fitting
is pushed into the pipe.
• Inspection cut-outs on the clamp are to ensure
visually that the pipe is pushed into the white collar
• Tighten the clamp until the two shoulders meet
without a gap between them.
