OUR TECHNOLOGY
CONDENSATE DRAINS
Our biogas compressor is equipped with
dehumidification system treatment and solid
particulate and oil particles removal. This kind of
treatment system is necessary in case the customer
needs clean and dry gas in outbound to the
compressor.
The condensate removing system is equipped
with sensor technology. These detectors have the
function to report any anomaly in order to prevent
condensation from accumulating of water in the
filtration system. The system prevent the water
going into the microturbine and turbine to avoid
the flame out. Bio-komp® already improved it with
new condensate drain system, in stainless steel for
natural gas and biogas too. We ensure the function
of the condensate drain with high percentage of
H2S into the gas.
DEHUMIDIFICATION SYSTEM
The system ensure to get the dew point of 3°C and
to remove the water and moisture from the gas. The
dehumidification system is control through the main
control panel of the compressor and the dew point
is always shown on touch screen control panel. The
operation of the dehumidification system is under
control of the customer (alarms, function etc.).
FILTRATION SYSTEM
FINAL FILTRATION
Composed by filters and dehumidification system,
to ensure the totaly purification of gas, and reduce
the damages on the end CHP units. We can provide
also customized solutions.
To protect the dryer it’s installed another final filter
to remove the possible solid parts coming after the
compression. The final filtration, after the dryer, is to
remove the last particulate sized down to 1 micron
and the oil vapour down to 0,1 mg/m³.
OIL FILTRATION
BIOGAS FILTRATION SYSTEM
Today’s compressors last longer and operate
in more severe conditions than ever. These
improvements demand lube filters with heavy-duty
design characteristics and optimum performance.
The filtration system inbound from the compressor
prevents the entry of dirt incoming from the biogas
in order to obtain a better gas. This system is able to
remove water and dirt up to 25 micron particulate.
In photo shown the first filtration to remove the first
part of possible moisture and solid coming from
biogas.
The compressed air has to be treated downstream
the compressor to reduce or remove contaminants
made of solid particulates, oil and water liquid,
aerosols and microorganisms.
Our compressor series with fine filtration can remove
the oil down to 0,01 mg/Nm³.
PIPING
SILOXANE FILTRATION SYSTEM
The piping of the compressors is built in stainless
steel in order to ensure a long-lasting compression
system. Special attention is given to certification and
design to facilitate the customer during maintenance
step.
Siloxane filters where it’s necessary remove
the presence of siloxane (all the different family
composition of siloxane) down to 5 ppb according
with the microturbine and turbine requirement.
