DO’S AND DON’TS FOR PURCHASING CRAB FEAST TICKETS FORMS OF PAYMENT: Cash, Money Orders, Cash-‐
ier’s Checks, and PERSONAL CHECK – from Black Ski Members Only Please remember to include a self-‐addressed, stamped enve-‐
lope. Make sure the envelope is large enough for the number of tickets being purchased. Carefully add up the number of tickets requesting by mail and submit that payment amount We suggest using forever stamps (if postage prices change in the interim of you receiving your tickets by mail no additional postage required.) Members – PLEASE do not send personal checks from out of state banks as the processing time is slower which will delay and possibly prevent you from being able to purchase tickets, as they may no longer be available by the time the check has cleared. Please mail your request for tickets to designated address on flyer. Never send the request for tickets to the Black Ski P.O. Box. Personal Checks are only accepted from CUR-‐
RENT Black Ski Members Please make sure your membership is current. Lapsed mem-‐
bership is considered No membership and your personal check cannot be accepted. After April 15 – please call before sending any money requesting tickets to be sure tickets are still available. Tickets can be obtained at the Black Ski General Body Meet-‐
ing, on the 4th Tuesday of the month starting in March until the event is sold out. Please don’t assume that if you request the trans-‐
fer of money from another Black Ski activity to the Crab Feast that it will guarantee a ticket is availa-‐
ble. It is your responsibility to notify the Crab Feast Chairperson of your funds transfer. Please don’t assume your Trip Director will pass transfer information to the Crab Feast coordinators regarding your desire to purchase Crab Feast tickets.
