TOURNAMENT REGULATIONS
1. Entry is open to all players registered with Leagues and Clubs affiliated to the Lincolnshire Table Tennis Association except players
who have competed in any other County T.T.A. Closed Championship, or who have represented any other County Table Tennis
Association during the current Season.
2. Table Tennis England Tournament Regulations apply to this tournament
3. Completion and submission of this Entry Form signify agreement by the entrant to the conditions of the competition including the
variations from the ITTF requirements.
4. All competitors will be required to umpire group matches and knockout matches at the discretion of the Referee .
5. All matches shall be the best of five games to eleven points unless both players score ten points, when the game shall be won by the
player or pair first gaining a lead of two points. Play throughout will be on a knockout basis with the exception of preliminary rounds,
which may, at the discretion of the Referee, be on a group basis. The final order in a group shall be determined as per ITTF Regulation
3.7.5. for Group competitions.
6. Competitors in Cadet events must be 15 or younger on 1st January 2015
Competitors in U13 events must be 13 or younger on 1st January 2015
Competitors in U11 events must be 11 or younger on 1st January 2015
7. Competitors must wear rubber-soled shoes and clothing, which complies with ETTA Tournament regulation 29
8. No competitor or official shall engage in betting on players or matches
9. All competitors must report to the control on arrival and must not leave the hall without first obtaining permission from the Referee.
Players absent when called upon to play are liable to be scratched.
10. Should there be insufficient entries in any event the Referee reserves the right to cancel that event/merge such event and/or place the
entrant in a similar event.
11. The referee’s decision shall be final on points of law, and any question arising not provided for in these regulations, or in any dispute as
to the interpretation thereof. Decisions on points of fact by an umpire or assistant umpire appointed by the Referee shall be final

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
1. Entry Form – All entries must be sent to the tournament referee by the closing date of 18/04/2015
2. Entries - Entry forms shall be submitted with full payment of fees.
3. Playing Conditions – Play throughout will be on 8 Joola 2000-SC tables, nets and posts with 3 Star (white) Poly-balls. Individual court
size 9m x 5m minimum enclosed by surrounds. Scoring machines will be used for all matches.
4. Refreshments – Are available in the centre.
5. Changing – Facilities are available.
6. Entries – If it is necessary to restrict entries this will be done on last received, first out basis. These events are often oversubscribed, so
enter early to avoid disappointment.
7. Practice - There will be no separate practice facilities. Competitors will be permitted to practice on tables not in use at the discretion of
the Referee
8. Entry fee refunds will only be issued at the discretion of the referee and BATTC. Claims to have any entry fees refunded must be
received within seven days of the conclusion of the event
9. Car Parking is available at the venue
10. Winner and runners up of both main and plate events will receive a trophy
11. The draw will be displayed on the club website www.blitzttc.co.uk &/or facebook page one week before the event along with directions
and further information on the event
