BHHS New England Properties Inaugural Meeting of Local
REthink Council Chapter
Group of young agents and brokers to provide perspectives on real estate
Wallingford, CT – Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties kicked off its
inaugural meeting of the REthink Council on April 6th, at the corporate headquarters. The
formation of the REthink Council is a local initiative that will bring together innovative, young
agents from across New England Properties offices with the goal of generating fresh ideas,
discussing insights, issues and trends happening in the local real estate market.
“When I started in this business at a young age, I realized how important it was to have a mentor
and collaborate with my peers. This group provides that on a larger scale for our agents and will
help them grow their businesses,” said Beth DiLoreto, Regional Vice President and liaison to the
REthink Chapter at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties. “I’m extremely
proud of the momentum we had in the first meeting and look forward to the progress to come!”
The council will give a younger generation of agents the opportunity to regularly provide
feedback to the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties leadership team,
while learning valuable information to grow as individual agents. Through regular meetings and
networking, the council members will collaborate and share ideas with their peers.
The meeting was organized by the executive board of the REthink Council Chapter, including
Ligaya Wakefield of Stamford, Sam Granata of Shelton, Carl Guild of East Hampton, and Kellee
Smith of Glastonbury. The first meeting featured engaging panelists with varying levels of
experience, including Rob Rosa of Wethersfield, Krista Badstuebner of Glastonbury, Linda
Dunsmore of Norwalk, Carl Guild of East Hampton, and Lisa Toczko of Farmington.
“To find success in real estate, it’s crucial to collaborate, learn and grow from one another,” said
executive board member and panelist Carl Guild, agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices
New England Properties. “Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ REthink program aims to inspire
and unite agents of all generations.”
