Conditions of this Warranty
Guaranteed for 1 year domestic use against defective workmanship and materials from the date of
purchase. If such a defect appears within the warranty period, Sanders Trading Ltd. will repair or
replace (at its option) the product, free of charge. Simply return the product, along with an
explanation of the defect and proof of purchase, to the address below (please check by phone before
you send).
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse and consequential damage.
Warranty is "Return to base"
RTB Warranty Shipping policy: Return to base warranty applies (RTB) on all purchases. Customer organises to get the item back to us at their cost if it is a manufacturer fault – we pay to get it back to them, repair is not charged inside the warranty period and up to our discretion outside the warranty period. No international freight costs will be covered by us. (Customer pays both ways) Customer pays both ways if it is a fault caused by mis-use/abuse. We urge you to read the operating instructions before
use.

The Warranty is limited to replacing the product or parts determined by Sanders Trading to be
defective in materials or workmanship. If the product or part has been superseded, it will be
replaced with a current part of the same quality and equivalent function.
Warranty of the replacement parts is limited to the unexpired portion of the Warranty period.
This warranty does not cover any defects caused by: Modification, alteration, physical abuse, water
damage and use other than that for which it was intended.
This warranty is in addition to, and in no ways limits, the rights and remedies which under the
Consumers Guarantees Act 1993 the purchaser or owner has as a consumer in respect of the product
supplied with this warranty.
