All Exhibitors must pay Show admission fees
All exhibits must be delivered to the display area (below Show Office) between 8am and 5pm Wednesday prior
to Show, unless prior arrangements have been made with Chief Steward .
Exhibits to be collected between 8am and 10am on Sunday 17 th May, unless prior arrangements have been
made with Chief Steward.
Please mark all entries with Name and contact number, (where least likely to be seen), on the back or bottom of
each entry.
Please attempt to limit “your total display area” to approx 800mm x 450mm. Exhibitors are encouraged to enter
more than one item . The “space” mentioned is flexible. Please contact Ross if concerned.
If Exhibitors wish to sell their items, please indicate this on your entry form. Please do not indicate
prices of items.
People wishing to buy displayed items will have the opportunity to take a copy of the Catalogue
mentioned below making negotiations private.
A catalogue (flyers) will be prepared & displayed indicating the exhibitors name & contact number and
listing those items available for sale.
Woodworking demonstrations, mainly “Scroll-sawing”, are planned to take place throughout the day.
Winners will be chosen by a selected, competent person, whose decision will be final.

This is a “non competitive display”, sponsored by Boonah Hardware
(a) Best Exhibit of the Show …. a $50 voucher for use at Boonah Hardware
(b) Runner – up of the Show …. a $20 voucher for use at Boonah Hardware
(c) Best Exhibit by a person under 18 years of age …. a $30 voucher for use at Boonah Hardware

2015 SHOW FEATURE TO BE A “BEVY OF BOXES”
ENTRY FREE.
Boxes may be as small as a “Thimble” or as large as a “Blanket Box” or somewhere in between.
Boxes may be turned on a lathe (commonly called lidded boxes) , round, square, oval, heart
shaped, cylindrical,, or practically whatever design you choose. Jewellery boxes, document boxes,
trinket boxes, pencil boxes, for example, Boxes may be rustic in appearance, painted or unpainted,
or finished using your favourite product.
More than one entry per person is encouraged.

PRIZE MONEY
First $30 Second $20 for both Open and Under 18 Sections.

Would you kindly fill in the form below, and send, or deliver it personally, to Ross Gilbert, 1a Oliver Street, Boonah 4310……Ph 54 634 110. Receiving this information prior to the
17th of April 2015 would be helpful, but, entries don’t close until 10th May 2015.
Giving us (Ross, and the Boonah Show Society) your email address, and other details, will enable
us to make easy contact with you in the future. EMAILING information is preferred, so if you have
an email address, sharing it with us will be much appreciated. My suggesting a limit of each person’s “display” to an area of 800mm x 450mm is a guide only, and I ask that you don’t be ‘put-off’
by this suggestion. In fact, a few sizable pieces are likely to enhance the display. We look forward
to approx 46 persons (as was last year) contributing, which would be absolutely fantastic, and will
surely create a wonderful display again in 2015.
Please deliver entries to Showgrounds, or Ross, on or before Wednesday 13th
May
For those who reside “out of town”, or will be busy at work, or for whatever reason will find it difficult to deliver items to the Showgrounds, please contact me, and I will endeavour to assist.
All entries will be identified by a ‘card’ showing owners name.
