Easter Egg Hunt
Forty children participated in the 7th annual Easter Egg Hunt, having fun hunting for over 700
eggs! They could also choose a prize from the lollipop egg, get a balloon animal made, make a
craft, and choose a bunny made by Phyllis Edlund. The Freeman, Cuddy, and Baker families
were the winners of the raffle, each getting to bring a big stuffed bunny home.
Thank you to the Tamblyn and Hendrix families for the use of their yards. A very big thanks
to all the families who made candy and monetary contributions. Your generosity helps make
this event a huge success! We especially appreciate the efforts of Phyllis Edlund and Renee
Hendrix, who coordinated the Hunt again this year. Special thanks to the Easter Bunny and
all the helpers!

Holiday House Walk
Progressive Dinner
Our neighborhood progressive
dinner was held on Saturday,
March 21, with a Mexican Fiesta
theme. Myron and Renee
Hendrix hosted the appetizers
and main course; John and
Lorene Jakubowski hosted the
dessert course. All participants
brought tasty items for the
fiesta. Our hosts’ homes were
festively decorated for the
occasion, and the Mexican food
served was delicious!!
