Preferred method for ad submission is digital files
prepared as follows. All ads should be submitted in Press
Ready PDF or EPS file formats (600 dpi or higher). PDF
file should have fonts and images embedded. EPS file
should have fonts converted to outlines. Please include
the name of your company or group in the file name.

Logo specifications
For sponsor levels that include your logo on event signage, on the BSF website or in advertising, please provide your
logo to us in EPS (vector) format. This format will allow us to enlarge your logo to any size and maintain sharp details.
Note that logos taken from a website are very low resolution and will reproduce poorly in print.
