Newsletter title April May June 2014 Our Test Drive Event in March was a BIG SUCCESS! Some of the attendees were Janome owners, ready to update their machines while others were newbies, ready to “join the family”. I enjoyed spending time with our enthusiastic guests and I am looking forward to seeing everyone in usage classes. Earlier this month we held a HMC15000 “Boot Camp”. This special eight-hour class provided support for our new top-of-the-line machine owners. We covered the special features of the machine as well as the wireless interface, Horizon Link software, and the 2 iPad apps. you will be. Our usage classes are free and refresher classes are always available. This is the “Brick and Mortar” advantage that no big box store or internet seller can ever compete with.
