Participants should be at their chosen location no more than 15
minutes before their pick up time and no more than 15 minutes after
their drop-off time. Parents who are late to pick up their children
may be charged $20 per half hour they are late.
Cancellation
If participants cannot attend an activity, please contact BYS as soon
as possible.
Concession
Health Care Card holders entitled to reduce cost of $4.00
Please present card with registration form.
Lunch
Lunch, a piece of fruit and a bottle of water will be provided each day.
Please notify BYS of any dietary requirements on registration forms.
Inclusive Program
Behaviour
Brimbank City Council offers this program to all young people
who live, work or study in the municipality. If a young person has
additional care needs, a meeting must be organised with holiday
program staff. Please call Dudu on 9249 4218 to discuss.
A Behaviour Policy applies to all participants. All efforts will be
made to manage situations as they arise. In the case of serious
misbehaviour, the young person will be removed from the activity,
a parent/guardian notified, and arrangements made for the young
person to be transported home.
