on the Park sales agent Murray Mayes said.
“Proximity boasts a very spacious three

Mr Mayes said for $299,000 buyers are
getting an innovative layout, modern designer

which has mainly attracted downsizers and first

“Mostly I have been speaking with older

However Proximity is a limited release with
only 26 lots up for sale within the Brookstone
on the Park development, which opened in
February this year
So far two homes have been completed, with

Vanilla Design with pieces from Melk Furniture
& Homewares to give buyers a good idea of just
how livable the space is.
