The tour is costed in US dollars. A deposit of $650.00 Australian dollars is required at time of
booking. All payments will be converted at the bank buying rate on the day of payment.
Full payment is due 20 February 2016.
Please note that due to deposit requirements by hotels in Hawaii all deposits become nonrefundable 15 October 2015. Please ensure you have your travel insurance in place.
Group flights will be available beginning of October 2015. Flights will be with Hawaiian Airlines via
Sydney and include the domestic flights in Australia (Qantas and/or Virgin) and the domestic flights
in Hawaii. Luggage allowance is two pieces of luggage with a total weight of 62 kg.
Estimated fare will be around $1,500.00 Australian dollars including all taxes and charges.
A deposit of $350.00 for the flights will be due in October, final payment 20 February 2016.
