Entry Requirements Applicants must have a minimum of the equivalent to 120 UCAS tariff points such as a BTEC National Diploma or Certificate or a Level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma or a Level 3 BTEC Subsidiary Diploma in Construction or one GCE A-level with at least 4 GCSE grades at C or above to include English language and maths or the equivalent at Irish Leaving Certificate or an equivalent qualification such as Level 2 Essential Skills or Key Skills. Mature students may be accepted on the basis of their general education and experience. Final selection will be by interview. Applicants with a National or Extended Diploma in subjects other than Construction are also eligible to apply.
