with fabric from Benartex's Montana
Modern collection. It's sophisticated, yet
warm. Contemporary, yet traditional. The
Montana Modern collection is an elegant
tribute to the wildlife and flora of the
north country. The focal point of the
collection is a magnificent silhouette panel
with birds, bears and other outdoor life.
The black silhouettes provide a striking
contrast to rich paisley and floral prints,
and the colors (gold’s, russets, olive and
black) are great choices for almost any
home decor.
The designer is Janet Page Kessler. It may look like a
treasured heirloom, but Janet's quilt is actually a
combination of a silhouette panel and log cabin blocks. For

Patchwork & Quilting.
We used shirting fabrics from
our vast collection of Civil War
reproduction fabrics. The
colors are a warm tan, ivory,
white, and navy blue.
Rhythm and Blues is a classic
quilt that is very easy to piece.
This quilt can easily be quilted
on your home machine or by a
professional machine quilter.
We quilted ours with a medium
size meander.
Kit includes fabric for the runner, inner and outer borders,
binding, backing and instructions.

Do you need a quick gift? Here is a table runner that is a
snap to make. The block designs are printed on the fabric.
Simply cut away the fabric on both ends, leaving a nice
point. Add a narrow inner border, and contrasting outer
border. Quilt as desired, and bind. We quilted ours in the
ditch following the lines on the fabric.

area. We meet the second Saturday of each month starting Jan. 9. 1-3 $5 each month
A new design from Cotton Tales featuring those adorable snow men, and other things that
make us go Brrr! We meet on the third Wednesday of each month. $6 each month starts
January 20, 1-3
We will meet the second Wednesday of each
month beginning Jan. 13. These lovely little
projects are the 9th in the Little Women’s series,
and one of our favorite collections. These
patterns are exclusive to club members.
Each month will have a project kit using Jo’s
beautiful fabrics, and the fees will vary depending
on the size for the kits. The class and pattern are
$8 per month. We meet from 1-3.
The Frequent Buyer cards cannot be used for Knitting supplies, or classes. Wool, and
Wool kits are also not included in this reward program.
Registration is required for each class. You can register in person, by email or by phone. If
a book or pattern is featured in a class, you MUST purchase the book or pattern, no
sharing is allowed due to copyright laws. Out of respect for our teachers, please have your
machine in excellent working condition, and arrive on time. Weather related issues will
result in re-scheduling at the earliest possible convenience. Refunds will be given in the
event of class cancellations. If a student wishes to cancel, it must be done no less than 7
days prior to the start of the first class to get a full refund. Students will receive a 10%
discount on supplies purchased for a quilting or sewing class at Piecemaker's Quilt Shop.
This does not apply to knitting classes or kits that are prepared for a specific class.
