trade Fabric Artist Trading Cards. This class will include general
instructions and tips regarding construction. You will have the
opportunity to create your own special ATC’s and trade with other

QUILTMAKING 101
As long as you are comfortable operating a
sewing machine, you can make a beautiful quilt
about 40” by 50”, suitable for crib, lap or wall.
You will learn accurate and modern methods
of rotary cutting, strip piecing, layout, border
application, spray basting, machine quilting and
binding. This class will use sewing machines.
We will not be using templates or doing any
hand stitching. Homework may be required

simple to make, even for beginners. In this class, students will learn

NEW THE STITCHER’S GARDEN QUILT

The Stitcher’s Garden Quilt from Stitch Connection is a Block-of-theMonth program that makes use of specialty presser feet and decorative stitches on your sewing machine. Students will learn different
applique techniques, use of all those presser feet and find out what
the accessories do! No more “what is this foot for” or unused stitches.
Everyone’s garden will be different! You can choose your neutral
background fabric and utilize the fabrics in your stash for the flowers
and leaves. The quilt measures 85” by 93” when completed. The goal
for this project is to promote different feet each month and to utilize
decorative stitches on the sewing machine. 1 session. $49
