Terms and Conditions of Prize Draws Method of Entry Entry is open to veterinarians registered to practice in Australia and entrants must be 18 years or over. Entrants receive free entries by providing evidence of purchase of Caledonian Holdings Distribution’s products Calefur Sterile Powder for Injection 1 gram and 4 gram. One entry will be allocated for each gram of product purchased. Submission of Entries Submission of Entry Registration Forms with proof of purchases can be via email to [email protected] or via fax to (03) 9372 9342 or via post to 30 Elliott St, Ascot Vale, Vic 3032. Duration of Promotion The promotion commences on 8th April 2015 and closes at 6.00 pm AEDT Friday 15th January 2016. For the first draw, entries will be assigned based on evidence submitted by 15th September 2015 of purchases made between 1st January 2015 and 31st August 2015. For the second draw, entries will be assigned based on evidence submitted by 15th January 2016 of purchases made between 1st January 2015 and 31st December 2015. Entries not successful in the first draw will remain eligible in the second draw. Details of Prize and Value The first entry drawn in each of the two Prize Draws will win a “~ Something Special ~ Experience at Port Stephens NSW” valued at AU$2,500. Total prize value is AU$5,000 (incl. GST). See Prize Information below. Date, Time and Place of Draws The first draw will be conducted on Monday 21st September 2015 at 10.00 am AEST and the second draw on Wednesday 20th January 2016 at 10.00 am AEDT at Caledonian Holdings Distribution, 30 Elliott St, Ascot Vale Vic 3032. The winning entrant does not need to be present to claim the prize. The promoter may contact the supplier/s to confirm validity of the purchases reported within 48 hours of the draw and before confirming and notifying the prize winner/s. If reported purchases are fraudulent the entrant will be excluded from the promotion and ineligible for prizes. Notification and Publication of Results The winners will be notified by telephone and email within 48 hours of the Prize Draw. Bonus Reward Information Eligibility All proof of purchases submitted for the “Calefur ~ SOMETHING SPECIAL ~ Promotion” will be compiled to determine who earns the Bonus Reward for purchasing the most grams of Calefur in the 12 months of 2015. Terms and Conditions are essentially equivalent to that outlined for the Prize Draw except that there is no element of chance or skill in earning the Bonus Reward and veterinarians in Caledonian Holdings Distribution Pty Ltd shareholder practices are not excluded from earning the Bonus Reward. Description of Bonus Reward The Bonus Reward is a “~ SOMETHING SPECIAL ~ Experience at Port Stephens NSW” valued at AU$2,500 (incl. GST).
