(CAOS), is a biennial weeklong celebration of puppetry, masks, and all things animated. The festival programs 9
days of over 30 different exhibitions and performances with more than 90 artists. Currently moving into its 7th
year, this year’s festival will take place from March 7 – 15, 2015 and invites active participation from diverse
groups of artists, community and audience members alike.
This year the IFAO will be hosting an online auction containing goods, services and artworks graciously donated
by community patrons and festival supporters. The auction will be open to the public on February 11th and will
close March 16th, with new items becoming available for bidding throughout the allotted time. All of the profits
raised during these events will be contributed directly to the festival’s growth and programming.
In preparation for IFAO’s auction, CAOS will be accepting donations of original artworks from January 20th
throughout February 10th. Auction donations can be dropped off at our office (Tuesday through Thursday, 9 –
5pm). Contact [email protected] if you wish to make special arrangements for drop off, or if you have
any questions.
Donations can be any size (up to a maximum of 48” x 48”), any medium(s), and any dimension. All donors will
receive a tax receipt for their donation’s final sale amount.

Unless otherwise stated herein by the donor or donors, it is understood that the object(s) named on this form may be photographed for records, publicity or educational purposes only. 2. It is the sole responsibility of the donor to transport the object(s) to the IFAO office space unless otherwise agreed upon by person of contact or staff. If the donation is not sold during the fundraiser period the object(s) must/ will be picked up by the donor or designated individual, no later then March 20th, 2015. (Donors will be contacted in the case object(s) do not sell). 3. All packaging/ crating is responsibility of the donor. 4. IFAO will ensure good condition of maintenance and security. 5. Object(s) shall remain in the condition in which they are received. They shall not be cleaned, repaired, or altered in any way without the written permission of the lender. 6. Damages, regardless of circumstances or responsibility shall be reported to the donor immediately. 7. If object(s) are sold, one tax receipt shall be issued to the donor for their donation’s final sale amount. 8. This contract will begin at the time signed below and will end after a tax receipt is issues or the object(s) are picked up.
