Exceptional networking event is an opportunity to promote the strength of
the Produce industry in the Prairie Provinces. Your participation allows you
the opportunity to network on the golf course with other members in the
Calgary PMA, show your pride in your membership and the best of what the
association is about, one industry coming together in the game of golf.

SET UP AND DISPLAYS
The following is a list of guidelines to assist you in your preparation for your Hole Sponsorship Activity
or Sampling.
 Please ensure that Shelley has your company’s current Logo, in esp. or jpeg format, all Logos
can be sent to [email protected]
 All information pertaining to your hole activity or Sampling, should be sent into Shelley so that
an even distribution of activities can be set up throughout the course.
 Please ensure that your volunteers stay for the entire length of the tournament, 6 hours or until
the last team has played through your hole. Their assistance in taking down your display is
appreciated.
 Timeline: you will be emailed your hole placement a week prior to June 26th, along with a set up
time prior to the 2pm tee off.

SET UP AND DISPLAYS CON’T
 Please be advised that there are a limited number of holes that can be equipped with tables and
chairs, should you require please advise as soon as possible.
 You are responsible for:

Staffing your hole sampling/activity(2 is recommended)
Supplying all; Ice, and coolers, cups, plates, utensils, napkins, table linens, etc…
Supplying of tent or umbrella for rain or shade.
Cleaning up of your station.
Supply of all cooking requirements.

DIRECTIONS
Location: Highway 2A and Milligan Drive, Okotoks, AB.
From Calgary take Highway 2 south, Take Highway 2A turnoff to Okotoks.
Continue to Highway 2A for 10km. Turn right at D’Arcy Ranch Black Gates.
