Check the dates! Specialty camps are 4-day camps. Junior SC’s run Sun-Wed;
Jr/Sr High SC’s are Wed-Sat. Each camp will have 4-5 hours daily of specialty
time. The remainder of the time has all four camps blended together for a
memorable camp experience.
Each specialty camp is capped at 20 campers.

ART

Develop the inner artist in you! Do you like to draw? At Art camp, you will be able

to express your love of art, Campers will gain an understanding of why it brings God
happiness when we make beautiful works for Him. Through various activities, students
will learn different art techniques using pencil and paint.

MUSIC

Love music? A gifted team is coming together to share their knowledge of music with
YOU! Campers will be instructed on string instruments, percussion and keyboards. And
for campers who write, faculty will teach you how to find chord progressions that fit the
feeling of a song, as well as matching a song’s key to the one who will be singing it.

OUTDOORSMEN

outdoors. Campers will receive training and participate in a variety of outdoors sport
activities to test their marksmanship. Other skills related to being in God’s Creation like
orienteering, plant identification and basic survival instruction are planned!

GAMERS

Attention Gamers! Come show your skill at video game camp! Competitions &
tournaments include going free for all against other players or in teams on three classic
consoles (Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, and Nintendo 64). Campers will learn how
games, team work, & leveling up relate to a Jesus following lifestyle.

R.O.C.K. Week
Reaching Out to Cancer Kids
July 12-15
Each summer Camp Christian offers a FREE camp for kids, ages 9-18, who have
battled or are currently battling cancer. Campers can also invite a friend to attend
with them at no charge. This specialty camp provides these kids an opportunity to
get out and experience summer camp in a safe environment.
