50th Anniversary Logo Competition
UPSA is 50 this year. As part of preparations for the celebration,
the Anniversary Planning Committee invites applications from
the general public for the design of its 50th Anniversary Logo.
RULES FOR THE COMPETITION
There is no limit to the number of entries which may be
submitted by a single individual.
Flexibility is a key requirement, including the need to re-size
easily.
The logo must look good in colour as well as black and white.
The nal version of the logo must be suitable for high quality
printing.
The logo must contain the numeral “50” and may use any form
or style of design in colour, gray scale, and black and white.
The logo must reect the spirit and function of UPSA and may
consider the past, present and future contributions of the
University to the development of Ghana.
COPYRIGHT
Only original entries will be considered. The winning entry will
become the sole property of UPSA. The winner may however,
include the logo design in his/her professional portfolios. The
UPSA reserves the right to make any necessary alterations to
the winning logo for proper formatting purposes without the
consent of the winning entrant.
SELECTION OF WINNING ENTRY
Selection will be done by the UPSA 50th Anniversary Planning
Committee. Failure to adhere to the rules will result in
disqualication.
The winning entrant will be duly notied of his/ her success and
the prize will be handed over to the winner during the launch of
the anniversary in August 2015.
FORMAT FOR SUBMISSION
Entries should be submitted either on pen-drive, or CD Rom; in
JPEG or rich PDF to:
