LAUNDRY
A laundry service is available (through Centennial Laundry in Bracebridge, pick-up and drop-off at Camp included) for those attending a
minimum of two weeks. Please select dates for laundry service:

Campers MUST pay in advance for laundry service. We contract with Centennial Laundry for each bag in advance of each Camp Period.
As a result, we are not able to provide laundry refunds/credits for any unused laundry. The cost for each laundry run is $16.00 Canadian
(plus tax). Laundry bags are provided at Camp.
PADDLEMAKING

My child wishes to take Paddlemaking as a PIC and does not have a paddle from a previous year. Campers will choose PICs on
the first day of Camp. There will be a paddle at Camp for your child.
TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
Please indicate your child’s travel plans in the space provided below. Detailed transportation information (bus stop/schedule, arrival times
at Camp by car, etc.) is found in the 2015 Summer Camp Final Instructions Handbook and on our website
(http://campwenonah.com/summer-camp/current-families/taking-the-camp-bus/).
Please note: Arrival days for all one month, two week and one week periods are on Sundays and departures are on Saturdays. Period 5
arrival day is on Monday and departure day is on Friday. WEEnonah A arrival day is on Monday and departure day is Wednesday.
WEEnonah B arrival day is Wednesday and departure day is Friday.
Bussing is not available for the trip to Camp for P1B, P3B, P4B and WEEnonah B and is not available for the trip from Camp for P1A, P3A
and WEEnonah A.
Campers that are requesting airport shuttle must email Caron Brick ([email protected]) with their flight information.

2015 OUTTRIP PROGRAM
All campers staying for a minimum of two weeks participate in a canoe trip with their cabin group. Canoe trips are supervised by the cabin
counsellor(s) and a Wenonah trip leader. Costs for these canoe trips are included in camp fees.
An advanced outtrip experience is available to one month campers (minimum age 10 years for Frost Centre and minimum age 13 years for
Algonquin Park) during the last two weeks of each month. If they are interested, campers staying for either July Camp or August Camp
(not applicable to those staying over between July and August Camp) may choose to participate in a 3 day / 2 night canoe trip to the Frost
Centre, or a 4 day / 3 night canoe trip to Algonquin Park.
Please note a small fee will be charged for these extended canoe trips options. Trip dates will be confirmed upon arrival at Camp. If, for
any reason, a trip does not run, the Camp Office will be in touch with families.

WHITE WATER KAYAKING-PIC AND DAY TRIP
For 13-15 year old, one month campers and Polaris participants, who have already attained Kayaking Level 2. Program focus on safety,
principles of moving water, paddling skills and techniques. Campers that meet safety and skill prerequisites, the opportunity to participate
in a day trip to the nearby Gull River will be available. There is a charge of $55.00 (plus tax) for the White Water Kayaking Day Trip. By
adding this charge, we will ensure your child receives this as a PIC. A waiver from BoatWerks, (http://campwenonah.com/wpcontent/uploads/2013/04/AO-Boatwerks-Waiver-of-Liability-Mar-13.pdf) must be completed and returned to our Burlington Office in order to
take part in this PIC. Campers and Polaris will have the opportunity to use their Kayaking skills in a White Water environment.
ONE MONTH CAMPER DAY IN TOWN
One month campers who are NOT visited on Visitor’s Day are invited for a supervised day in Bracebridge to enjoy a movie, a meal, and
the opportunity for any personal shopping required. (This option is available to those attending EITHER July Camp or August Camp...not
applicable for those staying over between July and August Camp.) If your camper is participating in Day in Town instead of Visitor’s Day,
please indicate on the payment summary what funds you are allocating for their day (we suggest $30-$35 for the movie, meal and
shopping). PLEASE NOTE: One Month Camper Day in Town is the same day as Visitor’s Day.
WENONAH GENERAL STORE
Campers may purchase up to two snacks and refreshment items per visit. Wenonah clothing, souvenirs and sundry items (batteries, packs
of stamps etc.) are also available. A price list is posted on our website. Additional information regarding refreshment purchases is available
on our website and in our handbook. Indicate on the payment summary what funds you are allocating for the Wenonah General Store. We
suggest $25/week/camper plus additional funds for those interested in purchasing clothing items.
PLEASE NOTE: Campers attending the WEEnonah program will not be visiting the General Store.

TRIP WAIVER
(must be signed for any trip participation including Outtrip Program (longer than one overnight), White Water Kayaking, and Day in Town)
I understand that activities taking part outside the normal camp experience may have risks attached. I agree to indemnify and hold
harmless Camp Wenonah, its Officers, Directors, Agents, Employees and Contracted Service providers from and against all claims, loss or
expense arising from any accident, injury or damage sustained during the participation of my child in activities provided through the
Wenonah trip experience.
