Canal Alliance Special Events
Each year, Canal Alliance hosts a series of events which support our work to improve the lives of lowincome, working-poor families struggling in our community. During 2015, these gatherings will include
several donor and volunteer appreciation events and a series of community outreach discussions on
topics of interest to our supporters.

About Canal Alliance
For three decades Canal Alliance has been the leading service provider and community advocate for
Marin’s low-income, Spanish-speaking immigrants. Today, the organization reaches more than 3,500
young people, families and individuals who face multiple challenges. By effectively collaborating with
more than 40 other agencies and 500 volunteers, the Alliance delivers education services, improves
access to community resources and provides job-readiness training and job-seeking support. As a result,
vulnerable immigrants, who fled their home countries to escape poverty and/or persecution, gain the
tools they need to successfully move from crisis to stability and become empowered to thrive.
Sponsor Visibility Levels & Benefits
Canal Alliance special event sponsors will be acknowledged at all Canal Alliance events throughout the
year. Specific sponsor levels include additional visibility opportunities. Our top level sponsors receive top
billing with logos and recognition from the podium.
