Letter from our Program Director...
Join us during the month of May! We have a variety of activities in all our clubhouses this
month. You can hear a helpful guide to Social Security and Disability led by Lee Avilar of
the Social Security Administration in our Alliance Clubhouse on May 6th. Haskell Kirkpatrick lll, MD will lead us in a great presentation on immunotherapy, which is one of the most
exciting areas for new discoveries and treatments for many different kinds of cancer at the
Dallas Clubhouse on May 12th. Ruben Saez, Md, FACP will talk about breast cancer updates
in the Plano clubhouse on May 19. We also have some wonderful classes you can take advantage of including Tai Chi and Pilates in Dallas, Qigong in Alliance, and Zumba in Plano! Join
us for an inspiring month of education and fun. Remember, CSCNT is also a great place to
make new friends and connect with others going through the same thing as you.

Practicing yoga can alleviate fatigue, intrusive thoughts,

A six-week support group for children, school age through teen, who have
