Andy will be getting bids for rubber mat and rubber mulch. 2. Andy- Mowing & more Not currently getting competitive bids. Andy: Has heard nothing but good things from members of the neighborhood. Updates and recommendations: Park- 1. Playgroundvegetation and weeds, new mulch. 2. North side of the grassy common area is mossy and wet, leaving ruts. Andy is hoping to turn off the sprinkler zone, he believes there is run-off is coming from neighbors sprinklers. Clive: adding an additional drain, assist drain. Andy will get quotes for additional drains. 3. Trees at entrance to the park need to be trimmed. Low hanging branches on trees in the common area. The recommendation is once per few years.
