I am very happy we can welcome Europe's best wildwater
paddlers after Celje already hosted several top level sports
events.
Celje is recognizable sports city and canoeing has its
tradition in the city since 1946. It has become one of the
key water sports in the past years and still has a lot of
potential for development in the city of Celje.
I can only hope the top level canoeing events in Celje will
become annual and that canoeing world embraces Celje as
one of the important canoeing centres in Europe.
I wish all competitors a pleasant stay and many sport
success.

CATEGORIES:
The following categories will be held in Sprint
races:
K-1 women
K-1 men
C-1 women
C-1 men
C-2 men
C-2 women
Free number of boats and participants per nation
in each category.
PRIZES:
Medals for best 3 in each category.
Special ECA cups for best in overall ECA Cup.
The fastest in category will be given awards
such as kayak Roto Attivo, Specialized bicycle
and other practical gifts.

Numerical entries deadline: 30. 5. 2015.
Nominal entries have to be submitted only via
ICF ISIS accreditation system.
Deadline: 8. 6. 2015.
ACCREDITATION FEE:
The Participation fee of 20 Euros will be charged for
each athlete and team official for the access period,
10.–13. 6. 2015.
COMPETITION RULES:
The ICF Wildwater rules and ECA regulations.
TRAINING:
Free training is possible since the racing course
is on the semi artificial course on the Savinja
River.
SPORT EQUIPMENT:
All the sport equipment must be safe and must
fulfill the ICF rules and ISO norms.
All boats must be unsinkable.
All paddlers must wear shoes on their feet.
WILDWATER RESCUE TEAMS:
Wildwater rescuing will be guaranteed during the
competitions days along the course.
Reanimation van will be located near the finish
line during the competitions days.
ANTI-DOPING:
According to WADA and SLOADA rules there is
a possibility to control all competitors at the race.
MEDICAL CARE:
A medical van with medical technicians will
operate at the venue with first aid in attendance
at all times during competitions. The NF will
advise participants that emergency medical
services will cover only emergency cases and
that all participants are responsible to arrange
their own medical insurance policy at their cost.
INSURANCE:
All official participants of the race are strongly
advised to apply for medical insurance in their
respective countries. All participants compete at
their own risk.
VISA:
All participants are kindly requested to contact
the Slovenian Embassy or Consulate in their
respective countries as to the relevant visa
requirements. When you will need a special
invitation letter to get visas please contact our
Federation at least 40 days prior to the
competition.
