Canterbury Under 21 Women – Day 3 Report
Canterbury - 4 (Francesca Silvester 2, Cass Reid, Charlotte Symes)
Barbarians - 2
After a disappointing first two games the Canterbury girls were fired up take on the Barbarians.
Cass Reid converted in the first 5 minutes followed by Charlotte Symes at 10 minutes. The Barbarians
pulled one back against the run of play at 24 minutes leaving the half time score at 2-1.
Barbarians scored quickly at the start of the second half to level the game but the defence couldn't
handle the slick skills of Francesca Slivester who then scored once, and then again in the 60th minute
leaving the score line at 4-2.
