Come Join Our Team Facility Rentals Coordinator (F/T) The South Fish Creek Recreation Association (SFCRA) is a premier recreation facility with four (4) ice arenas, gymnasiums, meeting rooms, multiple tenants and a full compliment of community recreation programs. Our primary catchment area is south of Fish Creek Park and west of the Bow River, however, we are pleased to serve all residents of Calgary and surrounding area. We are proud to be an equal Partner in the delivery of services and operations of the South Fish Creek Complex, a multi-partner recreation, education and library complex located in the Shawnessy Towne Centre (NW corner of 22X/Stony Trail and Macleod Trail S). The SFCRA is seeking a dynamic team player to fulfill the position of Facility Rentals Coordinator. Specific responsibilities will include:  Coordinate all aspects of arena, gymnasium, meeting room & common space rentals at SFCRA  Liaise with staff, tenants, partners & clientele in regards to special event & rental requirements  Supervision and scheduling of Facility Supervisors  Ensuring all rental conditions are met and adhered to  Assist with rental accounts receivables  General administration & reception duties will also be required The successful candidate will also possess excellent organization and time management abilities, attention to detail, have a strong focus on customer service and be able to work well under pressure. Minimum qualifications and/or combination thereof required:  Staff supervision & scheduling experience  Ability to handle multiple projects at once  Previous experience with recreation-based rental/booking coordination is an asset.  Working knowledge of Active Network (Class) software preferred  Ability to thrive in a fast paced, people-first, team-oriented environment This is a full-time 40hr/week position. Hours are mainly Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm, but occasional evening & weekend work is required.
