May 4, 2015 Thank you for participating in the Care Net Baby Bottle Campaign. Enclosed with your baby bottles is a Baby Bottle Sign-Out Sheet. We received positive feedback from other pregnancy centers and church (liaisons) that use a sign out sheet indicating that use of a sign-out sheet has substantially reduced the number of unreturned baby bottles. The sheet is easy to use and is not mandatory to participate in the campaign. Following the steps below may ensure a better bottle return: 1. On the start date of your campaign, have multiple Baby Bottle Sign-Out Sheets and one or two pencils/pens for each sign-out sheet on the table with the baby bottles (multiples will eliminate people standing in lines for bottles, sign-out and pencils/pens). It is okay if someone does not sign a bottle out, as it is not mandatory to participate. 2. One week prior to the end of the campaign, send a reminder email to participants to return the bottles to the church (please use bcc to assure each participant’s privacy). It is important to include the date the bottles are due back. Below is a suggested email to send to participants: Thank you for participating in the Care Net LV Baby Bottle Campaign. As a friendly reminder, please return the bottle to the church on Sunday, Sunday May 10, 2015. Your support and generosity are greatly appreciated and will help save the lives of unborn children and make an eternal difference in the mothers’ lives. God Bless you. 3. Call each person that did not provide an email address and remind them of the date bottles are to be returned. 4. If needed, repeat steps 2 and 3, one-two weeks after the due date for additional bottle returns. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me.
