Summary
Dear faculty members, Laerdal ASEAN is pleased to invite you to join us at the 5th ASEAN Simulation User
Network (SUN) Meeting, 20-21 August, 2015.
The SUN meeting has attracted nearly 500 participants since it’s inauguration in 2011 and 73 speakers have
presented at our meeting.
For 2015, we are targeting 400 healthcare professionals, keen to explore the use of simulation in healthcare
education joining us at the meeting.

There will be teams participating to compete for the SUN Challenge Trophy. The clinical scenarios for
management will be made known to the teams just before the competition.
For those interested to take part, do send in your teams, to be made up of at least 4 participants. One of the
member need to be a team leader.
Plenary
The plenary lecture will take place in Auditorium.
Morning and afternoon tea-break will be at the Level one. Food point 1 & 2
Workshop
We aim to conduct 7 workshops in the 2-day program; with 4 workshops on Day 1, and 3 workshops on Day 2.
The workshop duration is about 5 hours. Each workshop, will have limited seat and based on first come, first
served.
