TENDER NOTICE
Sealed Tenders are invited from reputed Transporters for providing (2X2)
AC deluxe Buses of 2011 and onwards model on hire basis for Mini Tour to be
organized for 02 days from 03.07.2015 (Friday Night) to 05.07.2015 (Sunday
Night) for different places.
Tender form along with Terms and Conditions can be had from Syndicate
Bank, 2, Community Centre, CBSE Building, Preet Vihar, Delhi-110301 on any
working day between 9.30 A.M. to 1.00 P.M on payment of Rs.100/- (Nonrefundable). Tender form can also be downloaded from www.cbse.nic.in. In that
case, Rs.100/- towards the cost of the tender shall be deposited along with the
Bank draft of E.M.D. of Rs.15,000/-.
Tender in the prescribed form, duly filled, signed and stamped in a sealed
cover superscribed on it “TENDER FOR HIRING OF BUSES 2015” shall be
placed in the Tender Box kept on ground floor near the Security Counter of
CBSE on or before 20-05-2015 upto 2:30 P.M.
The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the Tenders
without assigning any reason.

सांिग्न ककये जाये ।

बोडष के पास यह अधधकार सरु क्षक्षत है कक िे त्रबना कोई कारण बताए
ककसी अथिा सिी तनवििाओां को स्िीकृत या अस्िीकृत कर सकते हैं ।

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The transporter will arrange to pick up the participants from different
points for leaving Delhi & NCR i.e. Noida, Vaishali, Vasundhara, Brij
Vihar, Loni Border, Mundka Palam, Najafgarh, Bawana, Tikri Border,
Nangal Thakran, Badarpur Border & other placed of Delhi and will
drop them at the same points while coming back to Delhi.
2. No tender will be accepted after expiry of the schedule date and
time i.e. 20-05-2015 upto 2:30 P.M. The sealed Tenders will be
opened at 3:00 P.M. in the office of the CBSE on the same day in
the presence of the transporter/agency who may like to be
present.
3. The rates quoted should be inclusive of all Taxes, Parking Charges,
Toll Tax, Driver’s award and sightseeing etc., including service tax.
4. All taxes as applicable will be deducted at source.
5. Earnest money of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) is to
be deposited in the CBSE along with Tender form cash/B.D. in
favour of Secretary, CBSE Delhi.
6. The payment will be released after arrival of the participants in Delhi
provided report of performance of journey period is found
satisfactory. No advance/Extra payment will be made. The
transporter are directed to submit a photocopy of the RC to
the party-in-charge of Bus before departure of journey or the same
be submitted along with the bill.
7. In case the price of petroleum/diesel products increase or
decrease the rate offered will not be effected. No escalation will be
considered except Government levies. Govt. Levies will only be
considered on production of original receipt along with the bill.
8. The office will impose 15% penalty + forfeiture of entire EMD on the
transporter or as deem fit for any of the following reason: a. Misbehavior of the Bus Driver, non-co-operation during the
tour period with the participant.
b. Late arrival of buses at the pick up points as per the time
schedule given in the list of the participants.
c. Providing of buses of model before 2011 or bad condition.

9. The Secretary, CBSE, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all
the tender without assigning any reason.
10. The Tenderer shall furnish copy of registration under Service Tax and
Income Tax giving its Service Tax & Income Tax registration number:a. Failure to execute the work after work order is given, shall
made the party liable for debarment for a period of 2 (two)
years in addition to forfeiture of EMD or Initial Security Deposit
(ISD) as the case may be.
b. In case, it is found before/after award of work that the same
agency /person is proprietor/proprietress/partner of two or
more separate agencies and have quoted for the same
work, than punitive action to the extend of debarring /black
listing for all future tenders shall be imposed. The work so
awarded shall be annulled with all the cost & risk to be
recovered from the agency.
c. Withdrawal of offer after the opening of the tender shall
make whole offer invalid, attracting forfeiture of the Earnest
Money Deposit (EMD).
d. In case of exceptional unsatisfactory service, the Board may
debar the agency for all future work in addition to penalty
stated at clause No.08 above.
11. The decision of the Board’s Chairman will be binding on Transporters
in case of any dispute and action with regard to debarment/black
list may also be taken against the transporter.
12. The legal jurisdiction will be the courts of Delhi/New Delhi.
The terms & Conditions given above along with the Tender
form are acceptable to me/us. A sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen
Thousand Only) has been deposited in Cash/B.D. in the Board’s
Office vide receipt No._________________ Dated ________________.
