Rare disease affects more people than AIDS and cancer combined, and more than half of them are children. Imagine a child you know too sick to attend school or too lonely to find the courage to beat something unknown. CC4C (Cheyanna’s Champions 4 Children) is the first and only charity in Texas focused on helping these children and their families. Please join us on April 25 for CC4C’s Night 4 Champions at Circuit of The Americas. Guests will have the opportunity to experience a hot lap on the only track in the U.S. to currently host a Formula 1 Grand Prix. They will also enjoy a fabulous dinner and superb entertainment including live and silent auctions. Auction items include an exquisitely designed bracelet from jeweler Zoltan David, an original painting by acclaimed artist Steven Lavaggi, and photo and hunting safaris from Ezulu Africa Safari! Please consider supporting CC4C by purchasing a table or donating an auction item. Tables can be purchased online at www.CC4C.org. To donate an auction item or services to this event, please email us at [email protected]. Our Mission: CC4C brings hope, help and inspiration to families of children suffering from rare or undiagnosed medical conditions and uses our resources to reduce time to diagnosis. Specifically, CC4C raises funds to help cover medical costs not covered by insurance. CC4C children are matched with a Champion Teammate (celebrity or world-class athlete) who uses their platform to inspire the child giving them one-of-a-kind experiences. CC4C children are also paired with local High School teams who dedicate their season to bringing joy and inspiration to the child. Our Impact: In the words of the mother of a CC4C child, “Carter has found new hope and inspiration, and we will forever be thankful! After ten years amongst the rare disease community – we have a deep admiration for the vision and leadership of CC4C.” Our Future: At CC4C, we care about creating a better future for the Central Texas children that we serve - but we can’t further our mission without your help. Our goals are within our reach, thanks to your generous support today. Sincerely, Sarah Marshall Annelie Nabben Jeni Raymond Stephanie McKenzie Event Chair Antonio Quintos Event Chair Shannon Sarnella Suzy Seeley “When you have an extreme or undiagnosed disorder, sometimes children lose hope, they lose the vision of reaching that recovery finish line, but emotionally if we can have events like this to bring joy, bring something for them to look forward to, it gives them the strength they need emotionally to get through the physical challenges they face.” -Talaya Frazier, Founder, CC4C www.CC4C.org || 512.777.1065 || [email protected] CC4C is a non-profit 501(C)3 organization. Cheyanna’s Champions 4 Children (CC4C) was established to bring hope, help and inspiration to families of children suffering from a rare or undiagnosed medical condition. At CC4C, support teams are formed around each child. They are matched with athletes and teams who dedicate their season to bringing them joy and inspiration. Support networks are also created for the families, and much needed funds are raised to help pay for medical costs not covered by insurance.
