Go to http://ccrs.illinois.edu/providers/training.html#Calendar, click on the “start” button
(which takes you to online registration form). Complete the form and click “submit form”.
REGISTRATION WHEN PAYMENT REQUIRED: PAYMENT (check, money order, or cash) for events with a fee must be received
in the CCRS by noon on the business day before the event or designated deadline. Also, payment must be received before
registration will be finalized (unless pre-arranged or approved by a training staff member).
