TENDER DOCUMENT FOR BULK REPLICATION OF AUDIO CDs/DVDs
Sealed Tenders are invited by the undersigned. The Tenders should reach this office latest by 1006-2015 at 2.00P.M. No Tender will be accepted after this date and time. TENDERS RECEIVED
WITHOUT SAMPLES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. ONLY TENDERS FROM THE
MANUFACTURERS/ AUTHORISED DEALERS/ DISTRIBUTORS PROVIDING TIN NO./
SERVICE TAX NO. WILL BE CONSIDERED.
1. The CCRT is interested to purchase bulk replication of our pre-recorded Audio CDs/DVDs of
700 MB/4.5 GB respectively, as per the following details;

-2Job Requirement: Replication of Audio CDs/DVDs with single colour screen-printing of titles on the
disc, with multi colour inlay card, and packed in good quality of plastic case with shrink-wrap. (Kindly
see the sample of Audio CDs/DVDs in the CCRT Office)
Sample of Audio CDs/DVDs complete with inlay card and plastic case with shrink-wrap, can be
inspected on any working day (Monday to Friday) during Office hours with prior appointment in the
undersigned Office in the CCRT, Plot No.15-A, Sector 7, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075, Tel. 01125309379 and 011-25309300 Ext. 334.
Instructions to Bidders:
1. The cost of the Tender Document is ` 200/-. Tender Document can be obtain either in person
or can be downloaded from the CCRT’s website i.e. www.ccrtindia.gov.in
2. In case form has been downloaded from the CCRT’s website i.e. www.ccrtindia.gov.in a draft
of ` 200/- in favour of Director, CCRT must be attached along with the sealed Tender.
3. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of `20,000/- in the form of Demand Draft/Pay Order must be
enclosed with the Tender. The DD/Pay Order must be in favour of Director, CCRT and payable at
New Delhi. Any Tender without EMD will not be considered. EMD submitted earlier will not be
adjusted.
4. The last date of receiving sealed Tender along with sample(s) of Audio CD/DVD of abovementioned specifications in CCRT is 10-06-2015 till 2.00 PM.
5. The sealed envelope should be addressed to the Director, CCRT,15-A, Sector-7, Dwarka, New
Delhi-110075 and can be submitted with CCRT Office either in person or through Registered
Post/Speed Post to reach on or before the last date and time prescribed. The outer envelope
containing, the Tender Document/Samples of Audio CDs/DVDs, should be superscripted on the
top right hand corner “Tender for bulk Replication of Pre-Recorded Audio CDs/DVDs”. Last
date 10-06-2015 till 2.00 P.M.
6. No Tender will be accepted after the due date and time. Firms will be responsible for postal
or any other delay.
7. The firm should also submit, along with the Tender, their experience of similar type of work, PAN
no., TIN no. and Service Tax no. etc.
8. If the rates are approved you shall be required to enter into a contract with the Centre for Cultural
Resources and Training (CCRT), New Delhi for supply of items.
9. The quoted rates, duly accepted by CCRT, should remain valid up to 31-3-2016.
10. The Firm/Company, to whom order will be placed, would be required to deposit security amount
by means of Bank Draft equivalent to 5% of the total cost of the supply of items for the whole year
2015-2016.
