Ring Size guide
Whether you are buying the ring for someone else or yourself, we realise that you may not know which ring size to
purchase. To help you, we’ve prepared a simple guide to determine which ring size will fit your finger.
Whichever method you choose, there are a few basic guidelines to ensure an accurate measure:
Your ring should fit your finger comfortably: snug enough so that it will not fall off, but loose enough to slide
over your knuckle.
Measure fingers at the end of the day, when they are largest.
Measure finger size several times to eliminate an erroneous reading.
METHOD 1: MEASURE YOUR FINGER
1. Cut a strip of paper approximately 15cm in length and no more than 0.5cm wide
2. Wrap it around the largest part of your finger and use a pen to mark the point on the strip of paper where it forms a circle
3. Lay the strip of paper flat and measure the distance from the end of the paper to the mark you make. (Your measurement
is the ‘Circumference’ of the ring)
4. Compare your measurement with the Ring Size Conversion chart below to determine your Hong Kong ring size
TIPS FOR BUYING THE RING AS A SURPRISE
Engagement and wedding rings are usually worn on the ring finger of the left hand. If you’re trying to purchase a ring as
a surprise, use Method 2 below to measure the size of one of the rings your Significant Other wears often.

Don’t worry. If you didn’t get it right the first time, Chow Sang Sang offers one free ring sizing for all rings. Simply bring
your ring and the original invoice to one of our stores or contact our Customer Service Representative to arrange for your
free re-size.

METHOD 2: MEASURE AN EXISTING RING
Print this page, ensuring that page scaling is set to none in the print dialog box.
Measure the bar on the right and make sure it measures exactly 30mm.

1. Select a ring that properly fits the intended finger.

3. If your size is between two sizes, opt for the larger of the two.
