Elsyca PlatingMaster is the virtual representation of the plating step in your production
line. Elsyca PlatingMaster is able to predict current density and deposited layer thickness
distribution based on your process conditions and configuration. It will identify problem
areas and validate the impact of adding tooling or changing process parameters.
Computer simulations clearly outperform trial-and-error
Elsyca PlatingMaster provides detailed information on the layer thickness distribution on the
different parts on the rack. This opens a complete new mode of operation for plating engineers. It is
no longer required to wait for the physical parts to define, create, test and optimize your plating
configuration.
You can validate the configuration you had in mind before the first physical part enters the building,
since the validation is done on a computer system. The simulation results clearly identify the
potential problem zones based on color plots. Other part orientations and/or rack configurations are
only a few clicks away, tooling can be designed and validated and process parameters optimized for
an optimal configuration. You are now ready to build the rack, with the knowledge this rack will be fit
for the job, which apart from higher capacity, less scrap and improved product quality also drastically
reduces the time from first product arrival till start of production.
