Racing Victoria Acknowledged Retrainers Prize – the best performed RV Acknowledged Retrainer will receive an Off the Track Pack
Saddleworld Geelong OTTB Champion EA Dressage Horse receives an embroidered woollen dress rug
Runner up receives an embroidered Saddle Blanket
EA – Amateur Owner Riders Supported in each section – needs to be nominated on the entry form
Prizes include: Rosettes to 6th in each test
Champion and Reserve Rosettes for each Championship/jackpot
Racing Victoria prize pack (including a saddle blanket, cap and drink bottle) for the best performed OTTB in every Championship on the day.
Horseland gift voucher for the best performed Thoroughbred Riding Club horse and rider in each Championship.
To be eligible for the Off the Track Awards Thoroughbreds must have had an OFFICIAL TRIAL.

Entries: HRCAV entries are to be submitted on the TBRC form (available on our website) www.thoroughbredridingclub.org
EA entries are to be submitted on the official EV entry form

Entry Fees: Unofficial HRCAV $50 per jackpot or $25 per test
Official EA $80 per championship or $40 per test
A $16 facility fee applies to each horse
All entries MUST include your signed waiver form and TB ID information.
******Entries received after the closing date incur an additional $15 admin fee.******

HRCAV sections run under HRCAV rules
Non HRCAV members (with the exception of financial PCAV members) are required to forward a $30 HRCAV day membership fee with their
entries to be eligible to ride in the Thoroughbred Dressage Challenge - the HRCAV section.

All participating horses must be purebred Thoroughbreds.
Horses will under go brand checks and/or micro chip scanning upon registration on the day.
Please attach a copy of your horse’s registration/breeding papers with your entry. Entries without ID papers will be returned to competitors or a $30 fee
will apply to all horses that the TBRC need to trace and ID.
The competition is unofficial and available to any competitor on a Thoroughbred horse.
Prizes may be deemed void if there are less than four entries in a section.
The competition will run under HRCAV rules.
The organisers reserve the right to cancel any class, divide any class and to refuse entry without stating a reason.
Non HRCAV members must satisfy the following requirements:

Show proof of current EA or PC membership

Submit a signed ‘Non Member Disclaimer Statement’ and agree to abide by HRCAV rules. HRCAV rules can be viewed on the Association website at
www.hrcav.com.au

Purchase Day Membership from the organising Club prior to riding (PCAV members excepted). Day Membership entitles participants to public liability
cover under the HRCAV policy for the day of the event from arrival until departure.
Entries may be balloted in order of receipt.
All riders to complete the HRCAV waiver form and return with entries.
No waiver form – no ride.
Approved helmets and boots must be worn at all times.
All riders must present for a gear check at least 20 mins before their first ride.
Entries will only be accepted on the set entry form which is available on the website www.thoroughbredridingclub.org
No refund on entry fees after the closing date without a medical/veterinary certificate supplied. A 25% surcharge will be retained for administration costs.
Protests, including scoring queries, must be lodged within 30 mins of the posting of interim results and accompanied by a non refundable $20.
The ground jury’s decision is final and there is no right of appeal.
There is a $16 per horse/per comp facility levy on each horse for WPNEC
No dogs permitted.
The organisers and sponsors will not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, accident or illness to any horses, person, equipment or property
whatsoever.
Riders compete at their own risk.
Competitors must supply numbers on both sides of their horse.
Tests are current EV or HRCAV tests.
Fee must accompany entries. A receipt for entries paid by EFT must accompany entries.
EV registered horses and HRCAV horses can’t compete below their level. PCAV entrants compete at their HRCAV equivalent
Callers are permitted.
Horses may only compete in a maximum of 4 tests on the day.
