Copies of the Tests: Copies are available at 50c per copy- sent with the draw unless a separate stamped envelope is provided with entry form.

Classes will be split into Junior, Senior and Masters.
MAXIMUM OF THREE CLASSES PER HORSE over TWO CONSECUTIVE LEVELS
Important: all riders must complete a Horse Health Declaration that must be handed to Gear Check station prior to your horse
entering the ring. Form must have PIC Number to be accepted. Failure to complete and provide this document will result in
cancellation of your entry and may affect acceptance of future entries.
Juniors: 17 years of age and under
Seniors: 18-49 years of age
Masters: 50 years of age and over
Preparatory Tests: Class 1: Open to horses which have not won two 1sts in Preparatory tests or higher.
Class 2: Open to any horse regardless of previous placings or grading
Dress: Formal (jacket) or T-Shirt. Sleeved shirt, suitable boots and helmet required. Saddlery as per EFA and PCAQ rules.
DPI Guidelines: Please follow correct bio-security guidelines.
ENTRIES CLOSE: Wednesday 21st January 2015. Correct entry fee must accompany nomination form. Enclose a stamped self addressed
business sized envelope for a copy of the draw or relevant email address. The draw will be displayed at the venue. Please check on arrival for
any late changes to the draw. Please be prepared to ride earlier in case of scratchings.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. No telephone or late entries. Entries will not be accepted without signed disclaimer.
2. Entrants ride at their own risk and no responsibility will be taken for loss or damage to rider, horse, spectator or equipment.
3. The committee reserves the right to alter an event on the program.
4. The judges decision is final.
5. If a class exceeds 20 entries, the class may be divided into Division A and B. Classes will only be split by decision of organisers.
6. EA now have a no smoking policy. This policy does not allow smoking inside the arena and in/around the canteen area.
7. Neat, tidy and safe riding equipment is required at all times.
8. Stallion Owners: Green stallion disks must be identifiable on both sides of the stallion. Stallions must abide by EA Stallion guidelines. Stallions must be yarded in the cattle yards or
stabled – not tied to truck or float – no exceptions.
9. Dogs on the ground must be on a leash at all times. Dogs are not permitted in the canteen or office areas or inside the arena.
10. The organizers reserve the right to accept or reject entries.
11. Entry fees will not be refunded after close of entries, unless a Veterinary or Doctors certificate is produced within 14 days of the event. 8. In the case of cancellation of the event, an
administration fee of 20% of entries may be retained by the organizers.
12. Supervision of horses is the sole responsibility of the owner/rider and any horse or competitor behaving in a disruptive or dangerous manner may be eliminated and asked to leave
the venue.
13. Horses in the arena. No horses are permitted to warm up inside the dressage arenas, even prior to the commencement of the competition. No horses are to be tied up inside the show
ring. No lunging of horses inside the show ring at any time.
14. Please provide a stamped self addressed business sized envelope on the day for posted results.
15. Ribbons to 6th place in all classes.
EACH HORSE MAY ONLY HAVE ONE RIDER ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT
