program and listed on the title slides ($500)
Refreshment Break Sponsor - listed in the program and half page advertisement in program ($300) Four

Exhibit space – listed in the program and ¼ page advertisement in program (6’ table) ($200)
We understand that this sponsorship agreement must be received and paid in full within thirty
(30) business days of commitment and no later than September 14, 2015. Sponsorships can NOT
be cancelled after September 14, 2015 and no refunds will be given after 9/14/15.

Sponsorships are awarded on a first come, first serve basis to organizations that have a mission
that complements the mission of the Colorado School Safety Resource Center. All decisions of
sponsorships will be at the sole discretion of the Center and its Advisory Board and decisions
will be final.
Sponsor agrees to pay the Colorado School Safety Resource Center $________ in consideration for
sponsoring the 2015 Colorado Safe Schools Summit as indicated above. Sponsorship pledges
cannot be processed without payment.
Sponsor agrees to provide a high-res .jpg of organization logo to Nancy Biaggi
([email protected]) no later than September 14, 2015. All sponsor logos included in the
Summit attendees program will be printed in black and white.
Sponsorship fee does not include a table top exhibit. As noted above, exhibit tables are an
additional option.
Due to production time, sponsors who submit signed agreements and payments after
September 14th, 2015 may not be mentioned in the Summit attendees print materials.
CSSRC and/or the State of Colorado will not be liable for damage or loss to a sponsor’s
properties through fire, theft, accident or any other cause, whether the result of negligence or
otherwise.
No part of an exhibit and no signs or other materials may be pasted, nailed or otherwise affixed
to walls, doors or other surfaces in a way that mars of defaces the Adams 12 Five Star
Conference Center or equipment or furnishings. Damage from failure to observe this notice is
payable by the sponsor to Adams 12 Five Star School District. No part of an exhibit may block
access to any conference doorway or exit and must abide by all fire code regulations.
